The Sept. 28-30 Waitlists for Madison & Walnut Place are now Closed

(Más información en Español)

Boulder Housing Partners opened waiting lists from 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 28 through 4 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021 for apartment homes at Walnut Place and Madison, two apartment communities in our Section 8 Communities program where residents pay approximately 30-40% of income towards rent.

At this time, we are no longer accepting names for these waitlists.

If you signed up for these waitlists, here are your next steps:

  • Once the waiting list closes, the list of submissions will be randomized, and applicants will be contacted in this randomized order when an apartment home becomes available.
  • When an apartment home matching your bedroom size becomes available, you will be contacted to start the full application and qualifying process, which includes a $19 application fee (per adult) and a $65 holding fee (per household).
  • Invitations to proceed with the eligibility/leasing process will be sent to applicants via US mail only.
  • Remember to notify us, in writing, whenever your mailing address changes. You can find contact information for all BHP communities here. (Boulder Housing Partners is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.)
  • The time you are on a waiting list is based on availability. We are unable to provide a placement number of where you are on the list.

Learn more about these communities and qualifying criteria below.
Thank you!
