Canyon Pointe and Glen Willow Renovations
Renovation of 116 permanently affordable homes at two BHP communities
Glen Willow 301-333 Pearl St.
(34 apartments/townhomes)
Canyon Pointe, 700 Canyon Blvd
(82 apartments)

In late June of 2019, Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) began renovating two BHP communities located near downtown Boulder.
The Glen Willow community, built in 1972, is home to families, seniors and people with disabilities in 34 apartments and townhomes. Located at 301-333 Pearl Street, Glen Willow has undergone an extensive interior and exterior renovation. All 34 homes have recieved full renovations that included: in-unit laundry, central air conditioning, dishwasher, new finishes, new siding, new windows, and extended patios with personalized space. Additionally, the community grounds received upgraded landscaping, a new playground, and a new small community center.
The Canyon Pointe apartment community, built in 1982, was also improved with less extensive renovations. All homes received new entry flooring, lighting and interior doors, and various necessary upgrades. We also updated or modernized community areas and amentites including interior hallways, resident storage, the elevators and the community room. Located at 700 Walnut Street, Canyon Pointe has 82 apartments for seniors.
The Glen Willow and Canyon Pointe monthly rents are also attainable to people earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income.
Similar to Project Renovate in 2016, we renovated these two communities to ensure they remain viable, sustainable, and affordable for Boulder residents in perpetuity.
