BHP Board Recruiting New Members

The BHP Board is recruiting new members. Three members of the nine-member Board have terms that expire in March 2012. Two of the three members will not be re-applying and the nominating committee of the Board would like to hear from interested applicants. The application process is managed through the City of Boulder, however the nominating committee of the Board encourages applicants to take two steps prior to application to better understand the governance obligations of this unique Board: 1) attend a meeting of the Board, and 2) meet with committee members.
