Waitlist is open for
Broadway East!
The waitlist for Broadway East's newly-renovated apartments is open as of March 3, 2008. Forty-four two- and three-bedroom apartments located at 3110-3160 Broadway (near the North Boulder Rec Center) will be available to rent to families earning less than 30% of the area median income (for a family of four, $26,100 per year). Move-in will begin in late spring. Broadway East will offer a range of services to support its families. The children of families living at Broadway East will be eligible to participate in the I Have A Dream (IHAD) education and college tuition assistance program. Broadway East residents will receive a free bus pass, a free pass to the Boulder Parks and Recreation Centers, and a smoke free community. Broadway East will feature a newly-constructed 3,000 square foot community center that will be home to classes provided by IHAD, Parks & Rec and other community agencies.
