What is the Holiday Neighborhood Project?
It is a mixed use project built on the former site of the Holiday Drive
In Theater in North Boulder. There will be 333 new homes on 27 acres.
The homes are both affordable and market rate and are offered for sale
and for rent. There is a 2 acre park area, pedestrian walkway, community
gardens, live/work and artists studios, and a number of small neighborhood
businesses.
What is the timing?
Build out of the project will be complete in 2006. What businesses are
in the neighborhood? Proto's Pizzeria, Spruce Confections, Eos Studio,
Winter and Company, Mercury Frames, Revolution Cleaners, Dignity Care/Dignity
Wellness, West End Photography, Sally Eckert Tone Gallery, Ekalizzie Architecture,
Wonderland Hill Development Company, and Winston and Associates are some
of the small local businesses who call Holiday home.
How do I qualify to purchase an affordable home?
Everyone interested in purchasing an affordable home at the Holiday Neighborhood
will need to apply through the City of Boulder's income qualification

What is happening with Holiday Park?
Neighbors and Rotary Club are currently working with the Parks and Recreation
Department to lease the land, raise funds, and build improvements on the
