Reduced Rent/Market Rate is a division of Boulder Housing Partners.Reduced Rent/Market Rate manages a portfolio of rental properties, including market rate and reduced rent. In addition, Section 8 vouchers are accepted at a number of Reduced Rent/Market Rates' sites. The Reduced Rent Program offers housing to families making less than 60% of the area median income.
