Las listas de espera se encuentran abiertas ahora

Boulder Housing Partners se complace en anunciar que algunas de nuestras listas de espera se abrirán pronto. Note que estas listas NO incluye la lista de espera para los comprobantes de Sección 8.

Las listas de espera que se abrirán el 6 de Octubre del 2010 a las 8 de la mañana hasta el 15 de Octubre del 2010 a las 5 pm, se enumeran a continuación.

 

Section 8 Admin Plan

Dear Reader of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan,

Thank you for taking the time to look at this document. Our previous Admin Plan was 65 pages long; the current one is close to 500. In essence, the Admin Plan has not changed. The policies are largely the same, with the few exceptions noted at the end. The reason the new Admin Plan is so long is due to the clear references to the law which governs the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

Openings at Bridgewalk

We currently have available appartments for rent at Bridgewalk in South Boulder!

To apply for the Market Rate program fill out this application. For the Market Rate program the household must make more than $20,000 a year. There is no upper cap on income for this program. We will have two-bedrooms comming available throughout the summer with rents ranging from $1000 - $1,125 for two-bedroom Flats & Town Homes.

Public Housing Annual Plan

Boulder Housing Partners has created the PHA 5 year and Annual Plan as required by the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) passed by Congress in October 1998. The Annual Plan is available for review at the main Housing Authority Office-4800 Broadway, Boulder, CO effective August 19, 2010. It is also available by following the links below. There will be a Public Hearing to review the Annual Plan on October 11, 2010 at 2:00 pm. The Public Hearing will be held Boulder Housing Partners, 4800 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304.

Red Oak Park (formerly Boulder Mobile Manor) Groundbreaking Ceremony


April 14, 2010 Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its Red Oak Park affordable housing community.

Red Oak Park replaces the 60-year-old mobile home park (formerly Boulder Mobile Manor) with 59 permanently affordable units, including single-family homes, duplexes and triplexes. The site will also include a community center and extensive green spaces centered around two parks. The first rentals are scheduled to be available in January 2011.
