Our Mission and Vision

Our primary mission is to provide quality, affordable housing, developed and managed with respect for the dignity of all involved. We also seek to create a sense of community strength and spirit that supports resident efforts to realize success in their lives.

In carrying out our mission, BHP is committed to the following vision:

• Affordable housing is one of the most fundamental of all human needs. Housing that is affordable provides the foundation from which full personal and community potential is accessed and the economic and cultural diversity of Boulder is strengthened and protected.
• BHP will engage with the community in the creation of affordable housing solutions and in the enrichment of the lives of our residents.
• We envision a time when affordable housing is welcomed and integrated into Boulder neighborhoods.
• We join with other organizations in on-going partnerships in order to achieve common affordable housing goals.
• Through this active community support, we will achieve long-term fiscal, social and environmental responsibility.
