Director of Portfolio Operations

Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) is the Housing Authority for the City of Boulder and is a mission driven, innovative organization that builds, owns, and manages affordable housing for over 1800 households. BHP is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join the BHP team as the Director of Portfolio Operations. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Portfolio Operations performs a wide variety of tasks related to the continuous improvement and transformation of the BHP housing portfolio to better serve the needs of the community. Responsibilities include the planning, preservation and sustainability of assets owned or operated by BHP or affiliated partnerships and organizations, including public housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and unrestricted market rate units. The Director of Portfolio Operations is a key advisor to the other Departments for market and operational data, asset repositioning and property management information. The position also supervises the successful implementation of BHP's Moving to Work demonstration program. The Director of Portfolio Operations will supervise the Director of Property Management and the Sustainability Project Manager.
