The wait list will be open at 8:00 AM on April 09, 2012 and close at 5:00 PM on April 27, 2012. Applications will be available on our website and at our main office 4800 Broadway, Boulder CO 80304.
Preference is given to those applicants who live and/or work within the city limits of Boulder and are elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities or families with children. If an applicant does not have the preference, their chance of clearing the wait list is very limited.

Walnut Place houses individuals 50 years of age and older. There is a large community room hosting many different activities, a patio and a spacious garden. Walnut Place is part of the public housing program and residents pay approximately 30% of their income towards rent, with utilities included. Located in the heart of downtown Boulder near the Boulder Creek, it is one block from Pearl Street, 4 blocks from the main RTD bus station, and has a large park right next door. Pets accepted with written prior landlord approval.
