Waiting List Information

Boulder Housing Partners is pleased to announce the opening of certain wait lists for our housing programs. Please note that this does NOT include the wait list for Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.

The wait lists that will be open from October 6 at 8 a.m. to October 15 at 5 p.m. are listed below.

Public Housing (studio to four-bedroom apartments located in 8 communities around Boulder)
Glen Willow (studio to four-bedroom apartments located at 3rd and Pearl Streets)
Broadway East (two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes located at 3130 Broadway)
Canyon Pointe (one-bedroom apartments for applicants age 62 or older only located at 700 Walnut)
Walnut Place (studio and one-bedroom apartment for applicants age 50 and older only located at 1940 Walnut)

Pre-applications will be available on our website beginning at 5 p.m. on October 5. Pre-applications will also be available at our main office beginning at 8 a.m. on October 6, 2010. The main office is located at 4800 N. Broadway in Boulder (on the corner of Broadway and Lee Hill Drive).

Pre-applications are put on the wait list by the date and time of application, with preference given to those applicants who live and/or work within the city limits of Boulder. Preference will also be given to those applicants who have applied and qualified to work with the Family Self-Sufficiency Program through Boulder County. Applicants need to contact FSS directly at 303-441-3923.

Completed pre-applications must be received in our office no later than 5 p.m. on October 15, 2010. No incomplete or late pre-applications will be accepted.
