Resident Representative Council (RRC)

The Resident Representative Council (RRC) is a non-profit organization composed of BHP residents in public housing or Section 8 who meet monthly, in partnership with BHP, to address the needs and concerns of residents living in federally funded housing in the City of Boulder.  In accordance with City of Boulder Ordinance No. 5963 (1998), the RRC President will serve his or her term (two years) as the BHP Resident Commissioner.

The RRC meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 12:30 pm.  The RRC does not meet during the summer months. The meeting place is usually one of the senior sites and transportation is provided by special arrangement with Special Transit.
