Redevelopment of Red Oak Park

(formerly Boulder Mobile Manor)

Work has begun at 2637 Valmont Road to replace the deteriorating mobile homes on site with 79 new, beautiful and efficient houses, duplexes, triplexes, and apartments in a variety of styles.   The new community will include parks and a community center. We designed a very sustainable green community that will include solar panels and will be healthy and energy efficient.  

Currently, the site is cleared and ready for construction to begin early April, 2010.  We will begin on the northern side of the site and continue west to east.  The main contruction access will be off of Valmont Rd.
