2637 Valmont is the new home to 59 single family, duplex and triplex fixed foundation units. Red Oak Park, previously known as Boulder Mobile Manor, will be 100% affordable rental units - accepting households with 30%, 40%, and 50% of the Area Median Income. All of the units will be complete with many "green" energy efficient features to help reduce utility costs for the residents, and reduce their impact on the environment.
