The wait list will be open at 8:00 AM on April 09, 2012 and close at 5:00 PM on April 27, 2012. Applications will be available on our website and at our main office 4800 Broadway, Boulder CO 80304.
Preference is given to those applicants who live and/or work within the city limits of Boulder and are elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities or families with children. If an applicant does not have the preference, their chance of clearing the wait list is very limited.

Northport is located at 1133 Portland Place and provides 50 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments. Housing is provided for elderly (62 years or older) or people with disabilities. This site includes a community center and a beautiful rose garden. Northport is one block from the main campus of the Boulder Community Hospital, as well as one block from Broadway and the Ideal Market Place shopping center. Pets accepted with written prior landlord approval.
