BHP offers market rate rentals at two premier locations: Foothills Community, adjacent to Wonderland Lake Open Space, and Bridgewalk, adjacent to the Open Space of CU South Campus. Both sites offer stunning mountain views from a setting of neighborhood privacy and quiet.

All BHP properties are non-smoking.

The Market Rate Rental Program is similar to any other private landlord. There are no income restrictions and rents are comparable to other properties in Boulder. Applications are accepted year round.
