The wait list will be open at 8:00 AM on April 09, 2012 and close at 5:00 PM on April 27, 2012. Applications will be available on our website and at our main office 4800 Broadway, Boulder CO 80304.
Preference is given to those applicants who live and/or work within the city limits of Boulder and are elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities or families with children. If an applicant does not have the preference, their chance of clearing the wait list is very limited.

Madison offers 11 one-bedroom apartments, 14 two-bedroom townhomes, and 8 three-bedroom townhomes. All of the apartments are part of our Public Housing Program. BHP pays for the utilities used at Madison, helping residents reduce their expenses. Located at the corner of Colorado Avenue and 35th Street, this building has easy accessibility to public transportation and shopping centers. Madison also houses an economic and easily accessible laundry room on-site. With a playground, a basketball hoop, and a common open space area this community is perfect for families with children. Pets accepted with written prior landlord approval.
