Intern Opportunities

Development Intern Summer Program

The Development Division of Boulder Housing Partners often selects an intern from either the College of Architecture and Planning or the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado to assist them with the development of affordable housing.  The intern performs research as well as other tasks and has the opportunity to learn about the development process.
Please contact Stuart Grogran, Development Director, by email grogans@boulderhousingpartners.org or call (720) 564-4644.

Resident Services Intern Program

The Resident Services Department of Boulder Housing Partners collaborates with The University of Denver School of Social Work, The CSU School of Social Work, Naropa University and Metro State College to offer supervised internships.  The RS Department provides a limited number of paid internships for highly motivated students.  These interns work with residents at various housing sites in the BHP portfolio. Interns perform community building activities, group programming, self-sufficiency training, grant writing, community assessments, referral, advocacy, and limited counseling. Client groups include families and youth, seniors, and adults with both mental and physical disabilities. Interns with Spanish fluency are highly desirable.
