High Mar Redevelopment - City Process
Concept Review Submittal
BHP and MCV submitted the High Mar Concept Plan Application to the City of Boulder Planning & Development Services on Monday, April 19th thereby completing step one of a two-step Site Review process. The purpose of the Concept Plan review is to solicit comments from Planning Department staff and Planning Board - there is no approval or denial at this stage. The Planning Board meeting is a public hearing and is tentatively scheduled for June 3rd at 6 PM. To access the Concept Review documents and public notice as well as the Planning Board agenda for this project, please visit the Planning Department's Project Application Documents webpage. Comments made at the public hearing by Planning Board, staff, and the neighborhood are intended to be advisory comments for the applicant to consider prior to submitting Site Review" plan documents, which is step two of the two step process. High Mar neighbors are welcome to attend the Planning Board hearing.
