The Future of High Mar

In partnership with Boulder-based developer, Morgan Creek Ventures (MCV), BHP plans to construct a 59-unit affordable housing community at High Mar.  Targeted towards households earning 40-50% of the area median income, the community will incorporate open space areas, a community center, and a public bike/pedestrian path.  Construction is anticipated to begin in 2011.
