It is part of the Section 8 Project Based program and all residents pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income towards rent and all utilities are included in the rent. Glen Willow is close to open space walking trails and downtown Boulder. Glen Willow is home to families who enjoy the large open spaces, playground and on-site laundry. Pets accepted with written prior landlord approval.
