Diagonal Court offers updated apartment homes near Iris & 28th Street for families participating in Bringing School Home. It is within walking distance to shopping, RTD public transportation, restaurants and more. Residents can enjoy patios, in-home washers and dryers, energy-efficient heating and air-conditioning, and recently renovated living spaces to call home. This community has a playground, community center with computer-lab access, and a common open grassy area for gathering. The waitlist list is currently closed and last opened in February 2022. Boulder Housing Partners accepts all applications and maintains the waitlist for Bringing School Home communities.

Who qualifies for Diagonal Court?

Diagonal Court takes part in Bringing School Home – an innovative program that brings together quality, affordable housing and educational opportunities for the whole family.

Bringing School Home apartments are open to families who:

  • Currently live or work in Boulder County
  • Have at least one child under the age of 6
  • Commit to participating in specific supportive services focused on helping children achieve success in education
  • Pass the income and qualification criteria

Diagonal Court Income Criteria

Applicants may earn up to 50% of the area median income (AMI). Income is the total combined gross annual income for the household.

Additional Qualification Criteria

  • Student, liquid asset, and homeownership restrictions apply.
  • Applicants and household members must be free of evictions within the past three years and be able to provide two years of satisfactory rental history from a third party. If unable to provide rental history, please contact the community manager where you are interested in applying.
  • All applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check
