Boulder Housing Partners gives preference to those applicants who live and/or work within the city limits of Boulder and are elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities or families with children. If an applicant does not have the preference, their chance of clearing the wait list is very limited.
The wait list will be open at 8:00 AM on April 09, 2012 and close at 5:00 PM on April 27, 2012. Applications will be available on our website and at our main office 4800 Broadway, Boulder CO 80304.
