Boulder Housing Partners gives preference to those applicants who live and/or work within the city limits of Boulder and are elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities or families with children. If an applicant does not have the preference, their chance of clearing the wait list is very limited.

The wait list will be open at 8:00 AM on April 09, 2012 and close at 5:00 PM on April 27, 2012. Applications will be available on our website and at our main office 4800 Broadway, Boulder CO 80304.

Canyon Pointe consists of 81 one-bedroom apartments with balconies that are part of the Section 8 Project Based program. Residency is restricted to applicants age 62 years or older. All residents pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income towards rent and all utilities are included in the rent. Located near downtown, the main library and a block from the Boulder creek path, Canyon Pointe is in the heart of Boulder and boasts a community center, a library, on-site laundry, and a beautiful patio with opportunities for residents to garden. Pets accepted with written prior landlord approval.
