Applications will be available on our website and at our main office 4800 Broadway, Boulder CO 80304 to the North Boulder Recreation Center, on the Broadway RTD bus corridor. The complex consists of 44 two and three bedroom apartments and townhomes, all recently renovated. There is a community building in partnership with the I Have a Dream foundation in the center green, as well as play areas for the children. Because all residents of Broadway East receive rental assistance through Section 8, there is a separate application process. Call Boulder Housing Partners at 720-564-4610 for information.
