Bridgewalk Renovation Updates

Work in Progress

BHP is in the final phase of construction at Bridgewalk!  In September 2011, BHP, in partnership with Palace Construction and EJ Architecture, began renovating both the exterior and interiors of the Bridgewalk Apartments.  Construction work is on schedule.  We will have completed work at half the site by the end of 2011 and the rest of the work by the end of April 2012.

Please take a look at the attached photos for a sense of what the site will look like once complete.

Work Completed

In the summer of 2011, BHP, in partnership with SC Holley Construction and Scott Cox and Associates, completed the re-paving and new landscaping of the site.  We installed a new playground as well.  In the summer of 2010, BHP, in partnership with Palace Construction, installed new decks, new trash enclosures and other site improvements.
