We are great landlords! We set our rents below market rate and hold them there. We tend to your home with regular repairs and upkeep. Do you qualify?
Your household needs a minimum annual income of $25,000. From there, rents are scaled according to the number of  bedrooms and number of family members.

1 BR - from $725 to $840
2 BR - from $775 to $1000
3 BR - from $995 to $1225
4 BR - from $1045 to $1500
