RFQ 04-2012, Pre-Qualification for General Contracting Services
Boulder Housing Partners seeks to pre-qualify General Contractors. Pre-qualification status will allow GCs to bid renovation construction projects that come up in the next 3 years. This pre-qualification does not guarantee work for the contractor. It simply allows the GC to compete for work. This pre-qualification may also apply to BHP's Move-To-Work projects though BHP reserves the right to procure for these projects in a separate process. RFP 03-2012--Pre-Qualification for Architectural Services
Boulder Housing Partners seeks to pre-qualify up to three architects or architectural firms to provide design services for renovation construction. Term of the standing services contract will be for two years with the ability to extend for one additional year. This pre-qualification does not guarantee work. It simply allows for a contractor to compete for any renovation work posted by BHP. This pre-qualification may also extend to BHP's Move-To-Work projects though these projects may also be procured in a separate process.

Capital Needs Assessment Services
Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) is seeking to retain a qualified professional or team to perform comprehensive capital needs assessments of eight (8) multi-family housing sites for a total of 330 family and senior/disabled apartments throughout the city of Boulder.
Proposals in electronic format are due back to BHP no later than 4 pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2011.
