Boulder Housing Partners gives preference to those applicants who live and/or work within the city limits of Boulder and are elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities or families with children. If an applicant does not have the preference, their chance of clearing the wait list is very limited.

The wait list will be open at 8:00 AM on April 09, 2012 and close at 5:00 PM on April 27, 2012. Applications will be available on our website and at our main office 4800 Broadway, Boulder CO 80304.

Arapahoe Court is located on Arapahoe Avenue, between the Main Branch of the Public Library and the Senior Center. There are 14 one-bedroom apartments located in 2 buildings with a courtyard area between the buildings. Arapahoe Court is part of the public housing program and residents pay approximately a third of their income towards rent. Nine of the 14 apartments are master leased to the Center for People with Disabilities for use with their Independent Living Program. The back door for this community opens onto the Boulder Creek Path and is within walking distance of Pearl Street and on a major bus route. Pets allowed with written prior landlord approval.
