January 19, 1981:
Approval of Planned Unit Development #P-80-34 to construct 46 attached residential
units. Final plans include architectural intent, building footprints, setbacks,
building height and landscaping.
October 22, 1981:
Approval of Special Review #SR-81-22 to "convert existing residence on
property to offices for BHP".
March 3, 1988:
Approval of Planned Unit Development #P-87-44 and Special Review #SR-87-30
to “expand the existing housing management offices by approximately 1800 sqft”
including conversion of garage to two stories of offices, handicap access,
landscaping and breezeway connections. |
